Typical applications: When an extremely high MBL is required for a multipart reeving hoist system: boom hoist, trolley for container cranes, luffing for mobile and crawler cranes and big height overhead cranes and electric hoists with a minimum of 2 or 3 falls.
Is available also with platic core (PI). A plastic layer between the steel core and the outer strands, gives the rope a high structural stability, avoiding internal rope destruction and protecting the core against corrosive environment. Recommended for all marine and offshore applications and other severe working environmental conditions.
