Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Webshop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered product must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product in the same way it would be allowed to test the product in a physical store.

The buyer must return the product within 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide evidence that they have handed over the product to the carrier within the same period.

The Webshop will refund the buyer immediately upon receiving the returned product, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, all fees received from the buyer based on the contract.

The Webshop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item back or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery offered by the webshop, the Webshop is not required to refund the additional cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.

The Webshop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product if the price of the product in the Webshop has been significantly marked down due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Webshop is responsible for non-compliance or defects in the product sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years from the delivery of the product to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the product to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the obligation of the Webshop.

The buyer has the right to contact the Webshop within two months at the latest upon the discovery of a defect, by sending an email to info@certex.ee or calling 6062 599.

The Webshop is not responsible for defects that occur after the product has been delivered to the buyer.

The Webshop will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
